Mostly people take psychedelics in association with partying and escaping every day life. The more serious users of psychedelics take them as a mean to go through meaningful spiritual experiences. But what happens when people use psychedelics and try to perform the most everyday unimaginative chores? Well what’s more everyday uninspiring chore than building an IKEA furniture?
A lot of us went through that, the parts, the often undecipherable instructions booklet, that feeling of I-paid-for-it-why-the-hell-do-I-need-to-build-it-myself. You know the drill.
Well, the people at HIKEA produtions, a new YouTube channel decided to add a degree of difficulty to a familiar challenge.

So HIKEA document the experiences of regular people – high on drugs like LSD or magic mushrooms – attempting to build well-priced furniture. Each episode introduces a new drug, new characters, a new IKEA puzzle. And we all get to witness the highs and lows of these brave souls as they embark on the nearly impossible.

So these three people are obviously brave, we can deduct so far that psychedelics don’t go hand in hand with building IKEA furniture efficiently, however, the experiences did turn out to be positive ones according to the videos and no harm was done to humans and furniture. We can only wonder what will come next…
