Chill Space Top Tracks April 2025
Welcome to springtime and our new monthly showcase of the best amazing ambient and psychill gifted to the world in April 2025! We’re thrilled to bring you the deep bass of Dejalum, the vast cosmos of ECLEKTIC, a taste of Molectone, acoustic beauty from Pettra, the wonderful new duo of Cord & The Bitzpan, and many more sounds to chill the soul.
High Pass – Soul Pirates
Shamanic Tales unveils High Pass’s new EP, a four-track exploration blurring Techno, Psytrance, and Indie Dance but defying genre classifications. Or Raveh, known for his work with Anna RF and Dubtazer, blends live instruments with cutting-edge electronic production, creating hypnotic, tribal soundscapes that offer a shamanic experience. High Pass bridges ancient musical traditions with modern electronic innovation. This EP reflects his dedication to exploring diverse musical cultures, crafting intricate, transformative tracks that invite both introspection and movement.
Dejalum – Etheric Chamber
Sinusoidal Spiral is a new musical piece composed of 4 tracks produced by José Ascui. This is the second Mindspring Music release by Dejalum. This EP manifests a journey of deep basses and is nuanced with the vibe of dub. Sinusoidal Spiral reflects Dejalum’s constant sonic quest. It is an aesthetic with a deep and delicate sound design, but always contrasted with the energy of their recordings of organic instruments. We are talking about an aesthetic salsa seasoned with psychedelic textures, dynamic atmospheres, subtle compositions, and games of consistent but sometimes surprising rhythms. Are you ready to try this new spinning sauce? Let’s go to Spiraling!
N:L:E – Fractal Breathing
Fractal Breathing, from Fractalism [ A i r ], part of the ongoing elemental Fractalism series!
Molectone & Thorazin – Infinite Consciousness
This is from the new EP from Molectone, “With Might And Main”. It features three tracks in which the artist explores different genres, including psychill, psybient, downtempo, and glitchop, all interpreted through Molectone’s unique sound. Each track has its own distinct essence, as each is a collaboration with a different artist. The collaborators are three of the most prominent producers in the local electronic scene.
Pettra – Under The Tree
Shamanic Tales ventures into uncharted sonic territories with the release of Pettra’s deeply personal acoustic album “Given”. Known for his powerful psytrance soundscapes, Pettra (Jonatan Shreiber) now unveils a collection of instrumental and vocal pieces that have been gestating within him for years. This album marks a significant departure, showcasing his roots as a multi-instrumentalist and songwriter, playing every instrument himself. For Jonatan, this is a return to the essence of musical storytelling, reminiscent of the albums that shaped his youth, where a cohesive emotional narrative unfolds across the entire work.
Cord & The Bitzpan – Forest Run
From the fusion of two similar yet distinct creative worlds, a consciously crafted, colorful, yet coherent piece of art is born. Cord, a seasoned storyteller in electronic music, has been crafting sonic journeys for over two decades, leaving his mark on major psy labels. Meanwhile, The Bitzpan carved out their own signature sound—an immersive blend of groove-driven modular vibes, rich melodies, and deep downtempo textures. They joined forces in 2023 after discovering the similarities in their musical styles. Their first collaboration sparked when Cord shared an unfinished track, and The Bitzpan infused it with their signature touch. Riding that creative high, they teamed up again—this time with a sketch from The Bitzpan. The outcome, Radiolus, takes things even further, weaving together Middle Eastern melodies, psychedelic modular sounds, fat basslines, and cascading arpeggios.
ECLEKTIC – Allure of Stellar
Faint signals from the unknown. A force drawing you deeper into the vastness of space. ECLEKTIC is back with Allure of Stellar—a journey beyond the familiar, a soundtrack to the mysteries of the cosmos.
Atmospheric and ever-evolving, the EP blends orchestral textures with deep ambient layers. Melodies drift like cosmic dust, while gravitational pulses echo the silent pull of unseen worlds. In the distance, fragmented signals emerge—messages from the void, carried across time and space.
