Behind the Quantum project is Gidi Snapir , one of the pioneering Israeli trance artists, active as a leading Dj since the early trance era. He actually discovered trance around 1991 and got immediately hooked while traveling in Goa in 1992. After a few years of extensive Dj’ing , it was about time for him to start producing.

In 2000 he started fulfilling his dream and make his own music, first collaborating with artists such as BLT, Alien Project, PPS Project among others, while working on his own music, until he finally started his own Quantum project, and signed with BNE.

Over the last decade, Quantum performed at festivals, raves and small underground parties around the world. Undoubtedely, Gidi is a true ambassador of Psychedelic Trance, keeping the flame alive for almost two decades already.

Since then, he released many tracks, eps , 4 albums & compilations around the world, in some of the most prominent labels. Under the Quantum project, he has collaborated with some of the most prominent artists like Astrix, E-Mov, Keren Porat and many others.
