We hooked up with Saar Dovev, the CEO and Founder of VIBEZ – a new platform for event management. We are talking about the history of the creation VIBEZ, and how VIBEZ is driving events to success.
Saar, tell us a bit about yourself, what is your connection to the trance world?
I have been listening to trance music and going to parties and festivals since the late 1990s (yes, I’m old). I immediately fell in love with the unique energy of a trance dance floor, with the feeling of freedom, of something different than anything I knew. I found a place that removes all definitions from people. Your age, your job – it doesn’t matter. On the dance floor, everyone is the same—pure energy, pure vibe.

Why did you create Vibez? Does it have a mission?
Our journey started with a love for the dance floor. We’ve attended countless festivals and raves, facing all the usual hassles. We struggled to get tickets, find them at the festival gate, and stood in endless entrance lines. More than once, we found ourselves without cash to buy drinks.
We’ve also seen event producers dealing with many challenges as they try to create amazing experiences for their communities. Even with many ticketing platforms out there, producers often don’t have a single tool to manage all aspects of an event smoothly.
That’s why we created Vibez—to fix these problems and make event experiences better. Our goal is to give organizers tools that do more than just sell tickets, helping them build vibrant, engaged communities around their events worldwide. At the same time, we want to offer participants a smoother and more enjoyable experience.
