Avalon launches new album and tells how it all started
Avalon is Leon Kane, he is no newcomer to this scene but we’re not sure you all realize how much is that so. Avalon has just released his new album – Rise – on Nano Records and with it comes a short and very interesting documentary where he tells his story, how he came to be a part of Psytrance culture and his journey all the way through this point in time.
Watch the documentary:
In the short movie Avalon tells how it all started for him with a chance visit to Goa, how he got addicted, attended the solar eclipse festival in Zambia, started to organize his own underground parties and DJ in them and started to just DJ and produce his own music, first as part of Reality Grid in the Wild Things family making funky night time music and then started the Avalon project. There’s a lot more interesting stories, for example his meetings with Tristan at crucial points in his career, and of course the story of the new album “Rise”, and we recommend you check it out.
And if you missed the new album – “Avalon – Rise” – you should check it.
There are guest appearances from Tristan, Ajja, Dickster & Mad Maxx. It includes some amazing visuals as well. Check it out:
