A splash of massive new releases
The 29th of February bring a pack of fresh and juicy releases by some of the biggest artists around. Check out Trancentral`s weekly review to be seen once in 4 years.
Astrix released his 4th album today. The full album is available to purchase online, and will be released tomorrow on his YouTube channel. The full-on master released the first track of the album “Shamanic Tales” on his channel. “Shamanic Tales” is best recognized as the opening track of Astrix first set @ Ozora Festival last summer. Very emotional one, not just for those who were in Ozora, and it sounds like Astrix is going back to his psychedelic rooots.
Follow the Yellow Brick Road with Easy Riders and Animato new collab on Iboga Records. New psy-progressive bomb with great thumping baseline and beautiful subtle melody by Easy Riders (Ace Ventura & Rocky Tilbor) and Animato. Listen to it:
James West released his debut EP on Nano Records. “Our Time” is a 2 Ep featuring rolling Psytrance features 2 rolling psytrance tunes by the UK artist, with just the right amount of psychedelia. Smooth and well-excuted release, with UK-style-psytrance, and it sounds like James has a promising future ahead of him.
Tesseraktstudio Records released a pounding new release by Vertex. Great progressive vibe on this one: the opening track has a really good groove and pumping base-line, both combined with emotional vocals and touches of melody. The other track on this release is a collab Vertex produced with Ioshua and Visua, and it walks the same line as the first one.
Tune in for “Heart Beat”:
Aerospace released a fresh EP on his own imprint, Digital Nature. The EP feature 2 remixes by Aerospace to “Zyce – Apollo 13” and to “Dual Vision – Break The Silence”. The remix to Zyce takes the and energetic approach of the original to a whole new level, with a bass bigger and fatter than the one of the original.
Digital Om production released the well-anticipated Vertical Mode remix to Sonic Species`s huge hit Just Another Freak. The infectous melody from the original is there, spiced with spacey psychedelic sounds. Vertical Mode took the remix to a more Full-on direction, combining some melodies and TB-synth reefs.
Mainstage Records released a new EP by Spade. “Visible Light” features 3 Full-on tracks. It`s really melodic and energetic: the tracks are built mostly around climax-driven melodies, and it sounds like the main focus is chaos on the dancefloor.
