Smiles all over- New release by Upgrade

Upgrade put smiles on people’s faces with a fresh EP released on UP Records.

The Israeli duo released a new 4-tracker EP, featuring 2 original tunes, Alsh remix to their “Baileys”, and a massive remix to Yahel – I.M Legend. All the upgrade arsenal is shown on this release: flowing, catchy melodies, powerful basslines & crunchy psychedelic sounds, creating the joyful energy recognized with the group style.

Upgrade`s last remix to Yahel’s classic Waves of Sound is considered one of the biggest hits of 2015 (check out our “Most Heard Tracks of 2015 Chart HERE). A fresh remix to Yahel is a potential hit, and we decided to grab a short chat with the duo:

Q: Tell us about yourself

A: We are Upgrade, Raz Kfir and Udi Pilo. We started to produce music at a very young age, and we are working on the Upgrade project together since 2011.

Q: Your remix to Yahel made waves in the psytrance scene in 2015. How does it feel?

A: It`s amazing to have a track being heard all over the world, and it`s amazing to see the reaction of the crowd each time.

Q: Who is your hero?

A: We don`t have a specific hero. We take inspiration from all kinds of music 🙂

Q: What is your guilty pleasure track?

A: “Have You Ever” is one of the tracks that we made a few years ago and we love it until this day and always love to play it.

Q: What`s coming up?

A: We are releasing our new EP in the end of this month on UP Records, Australia. The EP is called “Upgrade – Smiles”, and it features 4 tracks including a remix to Yahel, 2 original tracks, and 1 remix to Baileys by the winner of the remix contest. And, we are working hard on our third album 🙂
