Talpa – 10 Essential Tracks
Talpa is the project of Goran Juric, born on the 22nd of July in 1982, in Serbia. He actually got hooked for the first time to the Psychedelic scene in November 1999, after attending the big Techno/Trance party “TraNSplant 2” in Novi Sad, in Serbia.
Soon after this first contact with Trance music, he started to actively work on music making and production, strongly influenced from the early Goa Trance vibes. After 3 years of hard work, he finally settled with the sound that he would follow for the years to come, with influences ranging from Infected Mushroom to Simon Posford, with his own unique multi-talented production skills.
His debut album “The Art of Being Non” was received with great enthusiasm, with its complex musical structure, diverse influences and unique ideas.
In the summer of 2002, SunDance Records released two Talpa’s tracks on the ‘Vibraspirit 23’ compilation: ‘Kalashari’ and ‘Mandragor’. In the summer of 2003 one more track found its place on release ‘SunDaze’ and a single called ‘Talpania’. Talpa released his debut album called “The Art Of Being Non” back in 2004. It was received with great enthusiasm, with its complex musical structure, diverse influences and unique ideas.

Moreover, he has extensively toured around the globe to major events and festivals such as Universo Parallelo, Ozora, Psy Fi, S.U.N., Summer Never Ends and Rainbow Serpent among others.
