Masters of Puppets Festival is an underground psytrance festival taking place in the Czech Republic. Masters of Puppets Festival 2018 will celebrate the festival’s 5th edition in June 25 – July 1, 2018. The Festival is run by an experienced and enthusiastic team of psychedelic music addicts that consists of three Viennese event and music labels: Kodama, Psygsichta and Masters of Puppets, who have been successfully organizing events on all kind of scales with different styles of psychedelic music for years. The Festival centers around the faster end of the Psytrance scale, but also offers a low BPM stage to give people a place to chill.

Masters of Puppets Festival offers 7 days and 7 nights of continuous music and arts celebrations. The festival is limited To 3000 people, offering that intimate tribal feel of the real underground.

You can expect a revolutionary Lambda Labs QX3 sound system, More than 200 artists, more than 400 hours of various music performances, 3 stages plus a multilevel cultural and educational area, 3D mappings on all stages, workshops, Lectures, seminars and artistics, and art gallery with interactive VR section, free silent camping, alternative handcraft, street food, textile art and design market, shamanic ceremonies before and after.

The music concentrates on the Psychedelic side of things with a tendency to touch the higher side of the BPM spectrum but offering Forest, Dark, Hitech, Experimental, Dub, Ambient, Chill, Instrumental & Downtempo psychedelic music.

As strong believers in the importance of the underground to to Psytrance culture we really dig the vibe this festival is sending out. It all seems very intimate, with real idealism and strong belief in purpose, and not motivated by commercial interests. So the festival is definitely on our map for 2018.
