Welcome to our November 2023 showcase of the best chillout and ambient mixes from across the globe! This month we have incredible psychill mixes from MOREGO, Mobitex, and Chlorophil! For ambient-heads we’ve created two gorgeous meditative music, including a best-of collection from space ambient artist Dreamstate Logic!

[Chill Space Mix Series 129] MOREGO – Multiverse Within Us

MOREGO is a downtempo /ambient /IDM music project founded in 2009 by Persian electronic music producer Morego Dimmer (aka Xerxes The Dark & Nyctalllz). MOREGO offers crystalized electronic structures, while at times delicate and precise, turbulent sounds are often right around the corner. Connected through arches of melodic ambient themes, MOREGO’s music is a journey through dynamic downtempo ambient. Rhythmic patterns give structure by introducing industrial grooves, carried by melancholic neoclassical elements and organic sounds such as voice and piano. Morego Dimmer has a natural nose to produce top notch stuff. But next to his engineering & production skills he also is a great artist when it comes to sound creation and treatments.

Morego played at Tehran International Contemporary Music Festival (TCMF-2016 & 2019 ) and Tehran Annual Digital Art Exhibition (TADAEX-2016) and other famous venues in Tehran & Yerevan like RoobeRoo Manison, Da Theater Hall, Hafez Hall, Lajevardi Foundation & Embassy Club.

Chlorophil is the owner and founder of Synchronos Recordings, and a label DJ for many outstanding labels such as Mindspring Music, Astropilot Records, Cosmicleaf, and Six Degrees Records, to name a few. Here, Chlorophill offers some of the best of Synchronos Recordings, including an unreleased track by Looney Grandpas!
