Tromesa – 10 Essential Tracks

Behind the project Tromesa are Tomek Roehr and Grzegorz Magnuszewski, from Poland. Originally founded in 1995, Tromesa brought a unique signature sound to the Goa Trance scene.

Tromesa is one of the pioneering projects of the scene, having toured around the world in the biggest festivals and spreading a unique signature sound.

Their debut album “Pasma Czasu” released in 1997 combined minimal trance and progressive elements in a never-heard before way. With really dark, hypnotic and groovy vibes, the album was received with great enthusiasm.

A year later they released their second full length album “Gdyby”, which further established the project into the scene. Their last album “Pseudomental” was released on Spiral Trax in 2001, where some tracks includes great horn samples while others holds a unique jazzy drum lines. The whole album has a very groovy and slightly funky vibe to it, yet still balancing it all with some dark and minimal feel.
